What audio elements can be added to the website?

The VidPly Player is used to play audio files on the website.

External audio files can be played directly, provided that the URL for that file has been permitted in the page settings, and, of course, internal audio files stored in FileAdmin can also be played.

To activate the widget, you need to click on the button. Once it has been activated, the following applies: SoundCloud's privacy policy (opens in new window) applies.

These cookies and locally stored settings are technically necessary for the website to function and therefore cannot be opt-out. Your cookie preferences (cookie ‘mpc_consent’, valid for 6 months) and your media player settings – such as volume, playback speed, subtitles, transcript and sign language video – are stored (in local browser storage, with keys prefixed by ‘vidply_’). This information remains in your browser; it is not transferred to us or to third parties and is not used to analyse your behaviour.
